    In 2000 I decided to make a transition. Having been involved in the investment side of real estate for a number of years, I made the switch to sales. Upon doing so, I soon discovered that people were not getting the proper representation they deserved.

    Since that discovery, I have made it my priority to “raise the bar” so to speak around this office in pursuit of the highest level of education & representation for the sellers and buyers that we represent.

    Aside from managing the marketing of client’s properties and educating buyers on the process of acquiring real estate, I also help others to learn the “ins and outs” of investing in real estate “for profit”. I feel it is especially important that one be well educated in order to make good sound decisions when attempting to invest in an ever changing market like Austin.

    Kris received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from TCU, and then received his law degree with honors from the University of Texas. After graduating from law school in 1999, he went to work for a prominent real estate law firm in Austin, where he specialized in entitlements, commercial and residential real estate issues.  With over ten years of experience on the business side of the real estate market, as well as his own personal buying and selling experience, Kris can help you with your important real estate decisions.

    When representing you, he will utilize his experience to answer your questions related to buying, selling, or leasing real estate. As soon as you contact Kris, he will begin to look for the right property for you in or around the Central Texas area.

    Jaclyn Lefkowitz relocated from her home state of New York to Austin, TX in 2011, where she immediately found a niche in Real Estate. Her desire to become an active member of her community allowed her to familiarize herself with the greater Austin area quickly and efficiently so she can provide the highest quality service to her clients.

    Jaclyn is a gregarious individual who never tires of meeting new people, learning new things, taking on new challenges, and pushing herself to her maximum potential.     Diane joined the Access Realty team as the Transaction Coordinator in late 2013. She’s often stated it was the best career choice she’s ever made. Prior to Diane and her husband relocating to Austin in 2012 she was a sales representative for 5 years with a regional builder in the Lehigh Valley, PA area. Upon moving to Austin, she worked as a loan officer assistant until finding Access Realty. Diane has a passion for helping others, which she strives to do daily in her communications with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Keeping transactions on schedule and doing everything possible to assist the agents throughout the day is her goal. The Access Realty team is truly a family atmosphere of great friends who work hard and play hard. The team has inspired Diane to start running (in her 40s) and since joining Access has successfully completed 2 half-marathons. Besides her work, Diane’s biggest joy is her family. Happily married to Andrew since 2003, together they have 5 sons, 2 daughters-in-law and 3 grandchildren. Ask her anytime to see pictures of the grandkids, she’s always more than happy to show them off.

From Quickbooks to cookbooks, from computers to scooters, and from conceptual art to reception Kym brings a lot of unique knowledge.
